BOS Philly is a volunteer-run LGBT+ nonprofit producing immersive nightlife experiences at Philadelphia's most iconic venues - and using every ticket sold to fund the organizations that strengthen our community year-round.
Walk into a BOS Philly event and you'll feel it before you can name it. The room is alive. The lights hit different. The music doesn't just play - it moves through you. That's deliberate. Every event we produce is engineered to make people feel something the second they walk through the door.
From themed environments and precision lighting to internationally touring DJs and Philadelphia's best production venues - The Fillmore, NOTO, Warehouse on Watts, Winston on the Water - we design experiences that live in people's memories long after the last song ends.
"Because for us, this has never been just about the party. It's about what happens in the room."
BOS Philly's roots go back 22 years - when a single idea took hold: that LGBT+ nightlife in Philadelphia could be more than a night out. It could be a community rallying point. A place where strangers become friends, where music connects people across backgrounds, and where showing up means something beyond yourself.
In 2018, we formalized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and since then we've channeled $92,000+ into local LGBT+ organizations. Our newsletter has grown past 8,000 subscribers and our events sell out before the flyers even hit the streets.
Whether it's your first BOS event or your fiftieth - you walk into that room and you belong here. The excitement starts weeks before the doors open. The conversations last weeks after.
These are the cornerstones of what we do - but our calendar runs year-round with Pride events, holiday parties, themed nights, and one-offs. Every BOS Philly event has its own identity, its own aesthetic, its own energy. No two nights feel the same.
Our flagship Pride event. Maximum production. World-class DJs. The room we've been building toward all year.
Industrial warehouse meets dance music. Concrete, lights, and a crowd that came to move - heavy production in a room built for it.
Gaming culture meets nightlife energy. Costumes, neon, and a crowd that goes all in.
Nightlife should feel welcoming - not a velvet rope proving you belong.
Music should move people emotionally, not just fill a room while they wait for the next drink.
Events should create memories people are still talking about three weeks later.
LGBT+ community spaces - the centers, the health orgs, the leagues - need ongoing support, not just Pride Month attention.
Joy, connection, and celebration are not frivolous. They are the glue of a community.
Giving back doesn't have to feel like sacrifice. It can look like the best night of your year.
BOS Philly produces immersive LGBT+ nightlife experiences that bring Philadelphia's community together and channel the energy of those nights into real, sustained support for local charities and organizations.
Every person on the BOS Philly board donates their time. No salaries. No stipends. Our leadership team works full-time jobs and then shows up nights and weekends to make these events happen - because they believe in what BOS Philly stands for.
Behind the board, we have a crew of dedicated event volunteers who help with load-in, setup, operations, and everything that happens before the music starts.

From the board to the setup crew - nobody at BOS Philly gets paid. The people you see running these events do it because they care. That's what makes the community inside the room feel different.
Whether you want to dance, donate, or show up and help build something - BOS Philly has a role for you. Every person who engages with what we do makes the mission possible.
