Code of Conduct
We throw great parties because the people who make them happen look out for each other and for our guests. By applying you agree to the basics:
- Be responsible. Show up able to do your job and handle your commitments like a pro.
- Show up on time. Arrive when you're called. If something comes up, tell us as early as you can.
- Treat people right. No harassment, discrimination, or drama toward guests, staff, or performers. Don't be a dick.
- Respect the space. Follow venue rules, keep things safe, and leave it better than you found it.
- Represent BOS Philly well. You're part of the team while you're working - keep it positive and inclusive. This is an LGBT+ space and everyone is welcome.
